We all know how hard it is to stay fit and healthy during winter, so why not try out Yoga By The Sea right here at Freshwater Surfclub. Throughout winter, classes are held indoors and overlook the beautiful beach, plus the classes are heated so there’s no excuse not to show up.

Whether you’re an early riser or like to use yoga to wind down after a long day, Yoga By the Sea has a class for you. All classes run for approximately one hour with the option of drop-in classes open for beginners, members and visitors. Lunchtime classes are also available on a Thursday from midday.

The styles of yoga taught at Yoga By The Sea include:

Yin & Yang Theory – Great for those looking to balance a healthy body, mind and soul.

Yin Yoga – Traditional style of yoga for all levels, a restorative Hatha Yoga practice.

Yang Yoga – Practice ideal for those who desire a flowing cardiovascular workout.

Bookings online are preferred or just arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to sign up. Mats are also provided for all students.
