Through a very selective process, registered and financed approved buyers are contacted privately and invited to view and inspect the home at set and pre-arranged times. Typically, my strength has been to invite buyers at higher levels, as negotiations are easier. If the home has been priced accurately, there is immediate success with offers being generated and then negotiated, including terms such as the amount of deposit and settlement duration. The results generally provide a shorter time frame in selling Avoidance of public open house twice a week, to which typically allows sticky beaks and neighbours through who are generally not buyers. Saving further advertising costs.
