Managing Director- Company Founder
James Smyth is no ordinary agent. He is passionate about property and strives to deliver exceptional service and value to all his clients. James started his career in Real Estate in 2000 and has a proven track record, regularly achieving record prices for his vendors even in difficult markets.
James grew up on the Northern Beaches and lives with his wife and two daughters in Freshwater. His education and background in Finance, Marketing and Psychology coupled with his passion for Real Estate have made him one of the area's top performing Agents, year after year. Before becoming an Agent, James traded bonds, foreign exchange and world interest rates allowing him to perfect his negotiating strategies and communication plans.

A Real Estate ACE
Our newest member of our sales team at SEA, with a truly unique and local flare. For the past 30 years Sandon Stolle has lived and worked as a professional tennis athlete both as a player and as a coach.
He has always maintained an active interest in the real estate space having bought and sold his own properties on the Northern Beaches for a period of 20 years, he knows the market well.
The many skills he has acquired during his time in tennis will stand in good stead in this new industry and are, not only relevant but transferable.
Sandon lives locally in Curl Curl with his lovely wife and two children. As a professional athlete and touring the world, he understands the immense pressure of campaigns and tournaments, whilst being cool, calm and collected in front of thousands of people.
As you may well know, Sandon and his father, Fred Stolle, have been household names in the tennis arena, and welcome his strong ethics and attributes to the industry. An education from the University of Texas-Bachelor of Business Management – Marketing, will be the perfect background for his new career.
TENNIS HISTORY
As an ATP Tour professional I enjoyed a successful career in both singles and doubles competition capturing 22 doubles titles and advancing to one singles final as well as competing in Davis Cup for Australia in five ties in both singles and doubles rubbers over the period of 1997 – 2001 during which period Australia was ranked number 1 in the Davis Cup competition. I competed in four Grand Slam doubles finals and was victorious in 1997 at the US Open. I toured the professional tennis circuit for 13 years turning professional in 1991 and retiring from competition in 2003. My highest singles ranking was 50 in the world and my highest doubles ranking was 2.
